
Crunch into these crispy buffalo chicken tenders! Get into festive mood with cold beers!
INGREDIENTS
- 1 c Tapioca Starch
- 4 Chicken breasts cut into tenders
- 3 Chicken Eggs
- 1 Tortilla Chips
- 2 teaspoon Cayenne Pepper
- 2 teaspoon Onion Powder
- 2 teaspoon Garlic Powder
- 1 teaspoon Paprika
- 1 Traditional Hot Sauce
- 1 Butter
DIRECTIONS
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees
- Mix ingredient cayenne, onion powder, garlic powder and paprika
- Place tapioca starch in a dish 1
- Beat egg and hot sauce in dish 2
- Add seasoned chip in dish 3
- Dip chicken tenders with starch
- Dip into the egg mixture, then coat with chip crumb mixture
- Place chicken tenders on baking sheet
- Start baking in preheated oven for 15 minutes
- Mix and combine hot sauce and butter over low heat and whisk together
- Spread buffalo sauce over baked chicken tenders and serve together with blue cheese dressing
